Service Description

One's static posture is often a reflection of how the body functions and moves. Functional imbalances due to muscle and joint adaptations may start out as compensations and progress to dysfunctions. Over time, "pain" due to inflammation, scar tissue, "muscle amnesia", or other trauma, warns us that something is not right. This is an opportunity to fix what's not working and to regain natural, functional, effortless movement. The initial appt. $225 includes posture pictures & analysis, functional assessment & correctional self-care exercises. PLEASE NOTE: 1.5 minimum for INITIAL Appt. Follow-up appointments $130 1st hour and $30/15 min. increments thereafter.
